3.1. Attorney Backed Agents™️, its logos, trademarks, and related materials are the exclusive property of Attorney Backed LLC. You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services and branding strictly in accordance with your license agreement.
3.2. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
3.3. You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from intellectual property you provide in connection with your use of the Services.
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to such collection and use.
We do not guarantee confidentiality of communications made through our website or platform. Data transmitted over the internet may not be secure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction in Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the parties waive any right to a jury trial. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
If arbitration is not enforced or applicable, then any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, epidemics, or utility outages.
13.1. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
13.2. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
13.3. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full effect.
13.4. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
