4. Who pays the attorney fee — me or my agent?
The fee is typically paid by the client, but in some cases, it may be paid through closing depending on state laws.
5. What’s included in the service?
Attorney consultation, contract and document review, negotiation support, and closing representation are all included.
6. What’s not included?
The flat fee does not cover litigation, court appearances, financial or tax planning, or disputes after closing.
7. Is this service available in my state?
Attorney-Backed Agents™ are available in select states. All attorneys are licensed in the areas they practice.
