Having an attorney available through the offer, negotiation and closing process allows you to rest assured knowing that not only have your legal documents been reviewed approved by an attorney but that in the event a legal questions arises, you have access to an attorney who can answer it promptly. 

Only Agents who have been certified as Attorney Backed Agents™️ can participate in the program and use the trademarked designation Attorney Backed Agents™️. 

Attorney Backed Agents™️ are exceptional communicators. They have specialized training in tactical communication and negotiation strategies. They are detail oriented and consistently demonstrate results driven real estate while having the heart of a servant. 

Attorney Backed Agents™️ charges a flat fee of $2,500 for legal services. This fee can be paid directly from the clients or through closing depending on state regulations.
